Welcome to WebIQ.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of webiq.app and all related WebIQ products, services, tools, content, resources, applications, and future offerings, including but not limited to UTM Guard, QRacked, TagWatch, GTM Inspector, and any other products operated under the WebIQ platform.

By accessing or using any WebIQ service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

WebIQ provides tools, resources, documentation, and applications designed to support marketing, analytics, measurement, quality assurance, and implementation workflows.

You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Abuse, disrupt, or overload the Service
  • Circumvent security controls, authentication systems, or usage limits
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Reverse engineer proprietary or non-public components of the Service

You may not share accounts or provide access to others unless explicitly permitted by the Service.

3. User Content and Submitted Data

Certain WebIQ tools process information submitted by users, including but not limited to:

  • URLs
  • UTM parameters
  • QR codes
  • Redirect destinations
  • Website configuration data
  • Contact form submissions
  • Feedback and support requests

Ownership and processing

You retain ownership of information you submit.

By using the Service, you grant WebIQ permission to process submitted information solely for the purpose of providing requested functionality, improving the Service, maintaining security, and supporting platform operations.

You are responsible for ensuring that submitted information does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

The WebIQ platform, including its software, code, user interfaces, designs, content, branding, trademarks, documentation, graphics, and underlying systems, is the property of WebIQ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, no part of the Service may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of WebIQ intellectual property to users.

5. Third-Party Services

WebIQ may rely on third-party providers to operate certain aspects of the Service, including authentication, hosting, analytics, email delivery, consent management, and infrastructure services.

Use of third-party services may be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

WebIQ is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.

6. Accuracy and Service Limitations

WebIQ tools are intended to assist users with analytics, measurement, campaign tracking, QA, monitoring, and related workflows.

While we strive to provide reliable information and functionality, we do not guarantee that:

  • Results will always be accurate or complete
  • URLs, redirects, or QR destinations will resolve identically across all environments
  • Monitoring or scanning tools will detect every issue
  • Documentation or educational content will always be current
  • Services will be available without interruption

User responsibility

All outputs, analyses, recommendations, and generated results are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Users remain responsible for validating outputs before relying on them for business, legal, technical, or financial decisions.

7. Availability and Changes

WebIQ may modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace any feature, application, product, content, or service at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee that any specific product, feature, or application will remain available indefinitely.

We may also impose limits on usage, access, storage, or functionality where necessary to maintain service quality, security, or operational integrity.

8. Paid Services

Certain WebIQ products or features may become available through paid subscriptions, usage-based plans, premium accounts, or other pricing models.

Additional terms may apply to paid services and will be presented at the time of purchase or subscription.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebIQ provides the Service without warranties of any kind.

We make no representations or warranties regarding:

  • Accuracy
  • Reliability
  • Availability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Merchantability
  • Non-infringement

Use at your own risk

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebIQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Lost revenue
  • Lost profits

  • Reputational harm
  • Reliance on generated outputs or analyses

Risk

In all cases, your use of the Service remains at your own risk.

You may stop using the Service at any time.
