  • Umami Cloud
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Klaro Consent Manager
  • Supabase authentication cookies (for login-required applications)

Privacy-focused website analytics

We use Umami Cloud, a privacy-focused analytics service, to help us understand how visitors use WebIQ and related subdomains, including webiq.app, utmguard.webiq.app, and qracked.webiq.app.

Umami is designed to provide aggregate website analytics without using cookies or storing tracking data in your browser's local storage. The information we collect through Umami may include page views, referral sources, approximate location, device type, operating system, browser type, and basic interactions such as button clicks.

We use this information to understand website performance, improve our tools, identify popular content, and make the user experience better. We do not use Umami to collect names, email addresses, account information, form submissions, or other directly identifying personal information.

Because Umami is cookieless and does not store tracking data in the browser, we do not request analytics consent before using Umami Cloud.

Umami Software, Inc. acts as our analytics service provider. Umami Cloud servers are located in the United States and European Union, and Umami states that its Cloud service adheres to GDPR and CCPA requirements.

Consent-based analytics

We may also use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to better understand website activity, feature usage, and performance.

GA4 may use cookies or similar technologies to collect analytics information. These Google analytics technologies are disabled by default and are only activated after you provide consent through our consent management platform.

If you do not provide analytics consent, GA4 and related Google analytics tags remain disabled. You can update or withdraw your consent at any time through the available consent controls.

Consent preferences may be shared across WebIQ-operated domains and subdomains where technically feasible.
